An open-plan fitted kitchen with fridge, hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking.
A bathroom with shower, sink and heated towel rail.
Separate toilets.
Washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.
Centralized reversible air conditioning (heating in winter).
Exterior:
Terrace with table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs.
Access to the shared swimming pool from June to September.
Access to the Jacuzzi (outdoor) all year round.
